Using WallSign with Claude
The WallSign connector for Claude lets you manage your screen network in natural language. Claude reads and updates players, channels, contents, layouts, schedules and tags through the WallSign MCP server, always with your account's permissions.
It is most useful for operations that take many steps in the dashboard: cross-filtering, bulk changes across many players, configuration checks.
Requirements
- An active WallSign account. Claude acts with your role and permissions: it sees and changes only what you can see and change in the dashboard.
- A Claude account that supports custom connectors.
- On Team and Enterprise plans, an administrator of the Claude organization must add the connector first.
How to connect WallSign to Claude
- Open claude.ai and go to Customize → Connectors.
- Click Add custom connector.
- Enter WallSign as the name and this server URL:

- The WallSign sign-in page opens: enter your credentials and authorize Claude.
No keys or tokens to copy: access uses OAuth and you can revoke it at any time.
How to use it
Open a new chat, make sure the WallSign connector is enabled and type your request. Some examples:
- Which players have been offline for more than a day?
- List the players without a location and those without a default layout.
- Append the content "Summer promo" to the playlist of the Shop windows channel.
- Tag as "Milan" every player with Milan in its name.
- Schedule the Sales channel from July 1 to July 31, 9 AM to 8 PM.
- Set brightness to 70% on the players tagged "Outdoor".
- Sync only the players you just changed.
Before applying a change, Claude shows you what it is about to do and asks for your confirmation.

The connector never deletes players, channels, contents or other items and does not upload files: for these operations, use the dashboard.
Security
- Every action runs with your account and is subject to the same permissions as the dashboard.
- Player reboot and sync run only when you explicitly ask: Claude never syncs players on its own initiative.
- Data read by the connector is sent to Claude to answer your requests; its processing is governed by Anthropic's terms.
- To revoke access, disconnect the connector from Customize → Connectors in Claude.
